Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Aarongi, and thank you for choosing our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you change your mind or face any issue with the product, please follow the guidelines below for returns and refunds.

🔁 Return Conditions:

1. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing it.

2. If you find any issue with product quality, price, or expiry after receiving the delivery, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. For perishable items, complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

4. You may receive a replacement of equal value or a refund for the returned item.

🏠 Home Delivery Policy:

• Free delivery up to the 2nd floor of any building.

• For deliveries above the 2nd floor, up to 15 kg is allowed under standard delivery charge.

• For items above 15 kg, an additional charge of ৳10 per 5 kg applies.

• If a lift is available and usable, no extra charge will be added.

💸 Refund Process:

• Refunds will be made through mobile banking or to the original wallet/account used during payment.

• It may take 5–7 working days to process the refund.

• If a product was purchased at a discount, the refund/replacement will be based on the discounted price.

Refund method based on purchase type:

1. For purchases from outlets: Cash refund

2. For online/phone orders: bKash, Nagad, Upay, or other mobile banking methods
